30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Imasigns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your product.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in the product caused by Imasigns.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at [support@imasigns.com] within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a return or refund request. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

  2. Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized products that have been made to your specifications are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Digital products or services are non-refundable.
